Hu’u
has an entire section of the menu devoted to Absolut
Vodka, with interesting permutations like Hu’u
Absolute Martini (Regular, Peppar, Citron, shaken to death), Acid
Blues (volka and Blue Curacao), Harvey Gangbanger (a twist on the
Wallbanger) and the Dog’s Bollocks (volka and
grapefruit juice). In fact, here is the only place to serve all three Absolut
Xclusives: Citron, Peppar and Kurant.
Cantaloop Island (a refreshing peach iced-tea)
is a crowd-pleaser among non-alcoholic concoctions. Otherwise go crazy for
their special concoctions in honour of jazz and acid-jazz veterans like
Dizzy Gillespie, Pizzicato Five and Massive Attack.
The wine-list has over 60 kinds of reds,
whites and champagnes not forgetting the bite-sized
food to pick along with.The dedicated bartender can serve up just
about anything that’s asked of them or tweak regular potions to suit the
most fastidious of tastebuds. |
